Madi and Matthew a match made in heaven…
these two are truly such a perfect pair. I talked with both of their moms and they said that from the time they were in high school they were praying that they would end up together. Sweet wishes by parents turned into a high school love that was initiated by Madi when she went and made the first move to talk to Matthew and get the attention of the tall and quiet basketball player. You will see a little surprise tucked into her bouquet! In high school Madi said that they nicknamed Matthew Groot because he was tall and quiet. This little Groot was in her senior prom bouquet and also made a special appearance in her wedding bouquet. Such a fun little detail to tie in more of their story to their special day. The two lucked out with the most beautiful day and weather for their October backyard wedding.
An abundance of love
Both Madi and Matthew are teachers at one of the local schools and they invited all of their students to be at their wedding! If I was a student this would leave a lasting impression, they had bleachers from the school brought in, had a student section banner, and had little streamer pom poms for them to cheer them on during the wedding! At the end of all the family photos they invited all their students to come up and they got their own photo with them! SO CUTE. They made this large October backyard wedding full of love and so intentional.
Their wedding was perfectly eclectic, classy, and them.
From the stunning florals and the perfect colors of the bridesmaid’s dresses to the mismatched china for all 400+ guests and “student section” bleachers this day is one that no guest will soon forget! The two wove their lives together in the most intentional and stunning day! On family land in Flintstone, Georgia the two said their vows! Here is a snip of their gallery!
