Oakland Cemetary
Okay I know what you’re thinking, a cemetery?! But trust me, Oakland Cemetary is absolutely stunning and actually one big beautiful garden! It’s massive and full of places to explore, all with beautiful blooms in bright colors. My favorite spot was the fountain with the statue of the kids under an umbrella: what a sweet spot to capture a few photos! It’s definitely a hidden gem, but if you want truly unique engagement photos, you’ll want to choose this spot!
Piedmont Park
As one of Atlanta’s most beloved parks, Piedmont Park is a favorite among couples wanting romantic engagement photo locations. With its sprawling landscapes, scenic lake, and iconic skyline views, Piedmont Park offers a perfect backdrop for timeless photos. Whether you’re posing in the vibrant gardens or capturing panoramic views of the city skyline, Piedmont Park will give you photos you’ll treasure forever.
The Inn at Serenbe
Escape to the rustic charm of The Inn at Serenbe for an engagement photo shoot that feels like a fairytale. Located on 1,000 acres of preserved forest, wildflower meadows, and cascading waterfalls, this resort offers a range of stunning backdrops for capturing your engagement.

Prospect Farms
Prospect Farms is a cozy farm located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, north of Atlanta and it’s a photographer’s dream! It was created to be a space for capturing stunning photos, which is why it’s such a great option for an engagement session in the Atlanta area! You’ll find seasonal crops, rolling fields, a farmhouse and barn on the property that can all be used for your session.
There are also stunning flower fields that make the perfect place to explore and capture beautiful photos. Depending on the season, there could be Zinnias, Sunflowers, Wildflowers, or Crimson Cover. All of which will be absolutely stunning! This is such a hidden gem and creates the perfect romantic experience for your engagement photos.

The campus boasts rolling hills, stunning lakes, and historic architecture, creating the perfect space to document your engagement. Montaluce Winery
Montaluce Winery is a picturesque winery nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. It gives you those dreamy vineyard views and a lush garden to explore. The building itself has stunning architecture, and you’re sure to feel as if you’re sipping wine in the French countryside. It’s a beautiful place to explore and theen sit down to enjoy wine tasting after your session to celebrate!
